Ik heb het als luisterboek in het Engels gelezen. Oprah heeft een prettige stem en ook al vertelde ze niet veel nieuws. Toch blijft het interessant, omdat iedereen het op zijn eigen manier vertelt. Doordat ze eigen levensvoorbeelden gebruikt, zet zij het in een persoonlijk perspectief. Dit maakt het boek niet alleen persoonlijk, maar ook makkelijk toegankelijk. Je leert Oprah kennen en je herkent situaties waardoor je de informatie makkelijker opneemt. Want "Wat weet jij nu zeker?"
